Our beautifully created gift hampers are perfect for festivals , weddings, and special ocassion . each hamper is thoughtfully designed with premium items and elegant packaging . we also create custom hampers as per customers requirements , including product selection , theme , size, and budget preferences .
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or innocent at the time of delivery. the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with an unboxing video. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
All Soul Craft products are handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture , or finish are natural and not considered defects. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing, and delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability.
